We were very impressed with the whole team at Heat Pumps Unlimited. They installed a Fujitsu wall unit on our first floor and a ducted unit on our second floor and the entire process went very smoothly. The team was professional, punctual, clean, and clearly knowledgeable. The work they did was so impressive that the insulation team (that came in after their install) complimented their work. We would without hesitation recommend Heat Pumps Unlimited.

I called for service for a blocked water line at 8:15 am and was all fixed at 4 pm. Can't ask for better service on my mini splits. They were thorough and courteous, the job was done quickly and they cleaned up any mess made. It doesn't get any better than that!

 HPU just finished our whole house oil to heat pump conversion. Mitch’s crew was courteous, efficient and professional. It was a pleasure to have them on site. So far we love it. Quiet and warm. We are looking forward to quiet efficient cooling in the summer. Our electric utility sources 60% non carbon sourced electricity. We hope to see that percentage increase as we add more renewable sources to the grid.

Great company. Fast, professional installation. Superior product with a 2 year warranty. Experienced with Mass Save so they guided us on the paperwork and the loan and they processed the rebate paperwork for us, which was very helpful and appreciated. Family owned company that has a focus on customer service and satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

By far the best customer service I have encountered. I had my house siding redone 10 months after they installed the heat pumps and had some concerns about the siding company damaging the units. Dawn was extremely responsive via text and made arrangements for the guys to come out and inspect everything. Everyone I have interacted with is responsive, helpful, kind and respectful. Best company around.
